Ms. Hisnija Schilling has been working in various HR functions for over 20 years. From 2000 to 2006, she worked in various positions, including HR Manager at an insurance group in Stuttgart, before moving to the SME sector at seleon GmbH in 2007.
In her role as Head of Human Resources, she has been successfully responsible for Human Resources at seleon for 17 years.
Among other things, Ms Schilling is increasingly driving forward the topics of digitalization in HR work, employer branding, employee retention and recruiting as focus topics in order to continue to position seleon as an attractive employer on the market and thus attract and retain committed and talented candidates for seleon.
In 2020, Ms. Schilling took over the Marketing department in addition to managing the HR department. She is particularly focused on the strategic development and expansion of our brand and its future orientation, as well as public perception for the benefit of our customers.
