Team Member

Roman Gruler, Head of Business Unit Engineering, joined seleon gmbh in month, year. 

From 1997 to 2002, he studied Microsystems Technology at the University of Freiburg.

Roman Gruler then spent 14 years at a Medical Technology company that develops and produces Optical Measuring Devices for Near-patient Monitors. There, he held various roles and was finally Director Quality and Project Management PON Instrumentation. 

After moving to seleon GmbH in 2017, he took on the role of Head of Development for the  Heilbronn site for three years and was appointed Head of the Engineering Business Unit and  authorised signatory in 2020. Today, he is responsible for a team of 40 colleagues at 3 locations in  the areas of software / firmware, system engineering, electronics, mechanics and project  management. 

In 2017, he moved to seleon GmbH, where he took on the role of Head of Development for the  Heilbronn site for three years. In 2020, Roman Gruler he was appointed Head of Business Unit  Engineering and Authorised Signatory. 

Today, he is responsible for a team of 40 colleagues at three sites of seleon in the areas of Software/ Firmware, System Engineering, Electronics, Mechanics and Project Management.
